Here's the first shot at implementing this feature. The data is now all 
there, and the graph formatting can be changed in almost any way:

I should probably set the minimum of the untranslated messages axis to 0 
instead of autoscale, so that all teams are on the same scale. I'll 
leave it to autoscale for now, though, so we can see the changes.

I'll import another timestamp (i.e. a sample of the data) tomorrow at 
11:00 UTC (*), so that the graph looks a bit more exciting.

(*) That's around the time the daily export of Launchpad data used as a 
source is ready.
