This is fixed for Nautilus 3.2.1 using es_ES.UTF-8 and language-pack-
gnome-es version 1:11.10+20120306. I  did not try other spanish
variants.

Status in “language-pack-gnome-es” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Nautilus shows file sizes in MB but in the spanish translation MiB is used. See attached screenshot:
  Tamaño: 728,0 MiB (728018944 bytes)
  It should read:
  Tamaño: 728,0 MB (728018944 bytes)
  as it does in english.
