Bug description:
As question #221319 points out, Ubuntu still ships the langpack for Klingon. The support for that locale was dropped some time ago along with Latin here: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/libx11/oneiric/revision/54
It's time to drop the langpacks for these two languages.
