[Bug 1181091] Re: [gnome-control-center] "Brightness and Lock" is translated to "锁屏" but it should be "亮度和锁屏"

@Anthony, thank you for your information, however that is "another
issue" in my bug description. Although the translation of gnome-control-
center itself is correct we found it locale data is not built into the
packages.

When I build gnome-control-center with debuild in my box I can find the
locale data included in generated package gnome-control-center-data. But
when if it is built by LP then the locale data is missing, so it will
always fallback to the ones provided in language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-
base.

So there is in fact two issues:
1. locale data are missing from the gnome-control-center packages built by LP (issue or design?)
2. fallback translation in language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-base are not correct.

Title:
  [gnome-control-center] "Brightness and Lock" is translated to "锁屏" but
  it should be "亮度和锁屏"

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Fix Committed
Status in “language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-base” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Package: language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-base
  Package Version: 1:12.04+20130128 (precise-updates)

  $ export LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
  $ gettext -e -s --domain=gnome-control-center-2.0 "Brightness and Lock"
  锁屏

  The output should be "亮度和锁屏"

  (In my Ubuntu 12.04.2 box there is no builtin locale data in package
  gnome-control-center-data, this is weird, but it is another issue)
