The translation is ok, it is just not included in new versions of
Ubuntu.

BTW, is it better to translate 'minute' to 分鐘 instead of 分?

  The Chinese translation (Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) to be specific)
  of Blueman (https://launchpad.net/blueman) is outdated. Translations
  done in 2009 are not included in Lubuntu 12.10.
