The icon would be a great thing, even if it was hardcoded. We get many
dupes with upstream while Ubuntu packages remain untranslated.

Bug description:
  Some packages are distribution-specific. If these are highlighted,
  Ubuntu translators (for example) can easily begin to work on them
  without being concerned about coordination with upstream translators.
