Hmm, I don't think this is working.  I copied
https://dogfood.launchpad.net/%7Eubuntu-unity/+archive/daily-
build/+sourcepub/3476923/+listing-archive-extra to the primary archive
on dogfood and ran the publisher.  I got a series of OOPSes like this:

Bug description:
  Currently the unity stack is daily built in that ppa:
  https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-unity/+archive/daily-build

  The sources and binaries are copied to the archive then, which works
  fine but the translations don't get imported.

  the build does include the translation tarball

  It would be nice if langpack-o-matic could fetch those tarballs
