I moved that component into the brightness panel, since the latest
design doesn't include it in the battery panel.  Next time the pot file
gets refreshed (which we don't do on each landing) it'll be included.

Bug description:
  If I go to the Battery section, the "Display brightness" string
  appears always in English, regardless of the language used.

  It seems it might not be marked for translation or skipped for
  inclusion in the .pot file, as I can't see it as a translatable string
  in Launchpad:
