Are these picture perhaps taken by store personnel to show off the
phone
features?
Or is this a refurbished phone, and these pictures are from the
previous
owner?
The worry is what software might be loaded on the phone that you
don't
know about. If it's phone with an Android OS I would flash the phone
with something you trust, perhaps Cyanogenmod
