Thanks for reporting this problem and using ubuntu-bug, which collects a
lot of basic debugging files.

I'd like to forward this issue upstream, but they need to know if it is
still a bug with their current development code.  Would it be possible
for you to test if this is still an issue on Karmic?  Live CD ISOs of
Karmic can be downloaded from
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/releases/karmic/
