Hello,

I have the following problem with 9.10 (fresh installation) on a
Macbook.

Using the Desktop Tools System->Preferences->Keyboard (Layouts)

is set up my keyboard as follows:

xprop -root also looks good to me:

These settings are ignored by all X-Application except gnome-terminal and xterm (as far as I can tell). So I cannot enter AT-sign etc.
