[Bug 561808] [NEW] screen flicker approximately once per minute on dell 1545 n-series

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

the screen flickers, i think mostly at bottom of screen. this did not start until this weekend, I think. I am running 10.04 beta something, and update whenever there is an update available. I am on a dell 1545 n-series laptop.
it seems to be in whatever app i may be in, as well as no app.
