[Bug 584898] [NEW] Duplicated and missing applets in the applet panel on startup

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

When I boot, I regularly end up with a corrupted applet panel containing duplicated applets and missing others.
It's not always the same applets that are missing or duplicated and it sometimes happen that only the half of the applet icon appears.
