Not sure if this is nvidia bug or linux bug. I heard that nvidia does not support the kernel yet
Upgrade to latest kernel (version 2.6.35.14.15) i get a black screen and cant do anything 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install nvidia-current version 256.35-0ubuntu2
2. Upgrade to kernel version 2.6.35.14.15 
3. Reboot
4. See black screen

What happens:
Get a black screen 

What i expect to happen:
Get the login screen
