Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config

I have a notebook hp dv4-1520br, and my keyboard is ABNT2 Brazilian, but
I can not use accents as I use on windows, I can not do the question
mark, and others want the function to choose the keyboard is ABNT2, I
like ubuntu, but am not satisfied because of it because I can not use
100% of my keyboard
