Hi Mark,

I'd already tried your previous solution but got nowhere this time -
lots of errors.

I've now reluctantly decided to go back to XP, Linux seems to have just
as many issues as XP and I don't have time to keep fixing things - even
if I knew how. At least with Windows I've got ten years experience and
can usually work my way around the problem. For me a computer is just a
tool and if it keeps breaking down it's pretty useless, I'd been told
that Linux was much more reliable than Windows but I haven't seen much
evidence of it.

Anyway, thanks for the help everyone.
