I can see, read, and delete files from my SD card using a usb SD reader, but when I try to write files to it, the file is deleted once the SD card is removed from the reader. 

At one point I didn't have this problem, but up until a few days ago no changes to the SD card could be made. I saw no error messages or anything telling me nothing was saved.
