No worries man, many pieces of software support ISO. Please read the
instructions on how to install stuff in future.

This method is also true of ALL ISO files. You simply straight burn
them. No extraction is needed. An ISO file is a bit-by-bit image of a
disk which burning software can sequentially read into the CD burner
buffer and burn to the disk.
