Giving the green light is the task of the driver/leader of the sub-team :)
While I always ask people to 'work' as a team, decision making is something
totally different.

Now, you're asking me to go ahead while Alfredo is disapproving this. This
is a waste of time and very confusing. I have tons of things to do on daily
basis. Can you imagine what 'this' confusion could do to my mind?! :)

That is why, I always ask your team to improve their communications. It is
NOT about using the mailing list or Telegram, it is 'how' to use it and
'how' to get the best of it and 'how' to communicate. Not what channel you
use.
