Hi,

IMHO, No.1 is rather self explanatory and a bit geared towards 
developers. I believe there are good docs in Chinese about this on 
forum.ubuntu.org.cn and/or ubuntukylin.com

No.2: Which attachment are you referring to? Is it specific to 
UbuntuKylin or applies to Ubuntu packages generally? In my opinion, we 
should use existing Ubuntu documentation wherever possible and add 
documentation specific to our project.
