The transparency setting for Launcher doesn't work.

启动栏的透明度设定不起作用。

Steps:
1. Open Youker Assistant
2. Select Stardock WindowBlinds Enhanced-->Customize Launcher --> Launcher Transparency
3. Change the value of Launcher Transparency, check the display of Launcher.
-->Failed. The display of Launcher didn't change.
