The Panel transparency setting doesn't work.

面板的透明度设定不起作用。

Steps:
1. Open Youker Assistant
2. Select Feature-->Dash&Panel --> Panel Transparency
3. Change the value of Panel Transparency, check the display of Panel.
-->Failed. The display of Panel didn't change.
