Problems re-installing U1 (was: Re: Do you have a ubuntu-one manual)

So I thought I would uninstall ubuntuone and then reinstall it (to get
back to a known baseline).
# sudo aptitude remove python-ubuntuone-client\
python-ubuntuone-storageprotocol ubuntuone-client\
ubuntuone-client-gnome ubuntuone-ppa-beta
Now, attempts to install it fail:
tonyw@leeds:~$ sudo apt-get install ubuntuone-client
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package ubuntuone-client is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
python-ubuntuone-client
E: Package ubuntuone-client has no installation candidate
Anyone have any idea what I've done wrong?

cloud repository supposed to mirror what's in my ~/Ubuntu\ One
directory? This point is confusing because sometimes items I delete
locally are deleted from the web site, sometimes they are not. This
could be a bug, or intended behavior. Without documentation, how can we
tell?

Cool. If you're looking for beta-readers, I'll bet this list has plenty
of volunteers.

Okay. Thanks for the information. I had several things going on at
once - let me get back to a known baseline and I'll keep an eye out for it.
