Major website and system issues with Ubuntu One and Launchpad

I've been trying to use Launchpad and Ubuntu One to log some major bugs
against 10.4 and everything appears to be broken. The Launchpad page for
Ubuntu is working but the bug links all redirect into Ubuntu One and
then display a 404. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?
