Is there any way to replace my all server notes by my local notes?

Hi all,

Currently, I think the synchronization is for two sides (local->ubuntone
and server->local). Am I ok with thought? 

Then..
Can I configure to synchronize only from local->ubuntuone? 
Or Can I remove all easily all notes of server?
