Re: problem with purchasing music
Hi Rory,
Sorry the store is not working as expected. I just checked your account. I see some information in your download records that looks like the following bug.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/rhythmbox-ubuntuone-music-store/+bug/609588
You can subscribe to the bug to be notified when it is fixed. Both Ubuntu One and Launchpad use the same username and password... also known as Ubuntu Single Sign-on (SSO).
This explains the problems with your My Downloads page. It's not related to password changes. The My Downloads page seems to fail loading when our music partner, 7digital, gives a customer a refund and removes the customer's access to the song. Since this deals with an exchange between the Ubuntu One servers and 7digital's servers, all of your computers that you've added to your Ubuntu One account will exhibit the same behavior on the My Downloads page. We are doing some testing to confirm our assumptions of the cause and will implement a fix to the My Downloads page very soon.
There are a a few other songs that look like they haven't downloaded so our customer support team will contact you directly to discuss that problem.
Thanks!
Matt Griffin

Please wait a little while then try again or return to the music store . I am charged for the song but it never downloads and it never show up in the cloud. I also get this message when clicking on my downloads. I did successfully downloads some songs prior to this problem. I am running 10.04 with all the updates. My computer show that it is connected to my account. I believe this may have started after I changed my UbuntuOne password. Any input would be greatly appreciated I have tried this with two machine and they both have the same issues.
