[Bug 1440173] [NEW] Subtitleeditor : can't edit subtitles

Public bug reported:

Hi,

When double-clicking a line or using the menu Edit->Edit this line (not
sure of the menu, my version is in French), subtitleeditor doesn't crash
but I can't do anything : all menus are unactive, I can only change
line... Event keyboard shortcuts are unactive.

If I launch subtitleeditor from the command line, here is the messages I
get :

$ subtitleeditor

** (subtitleeditor:4699): CRITICAL **: bool Config::get_value_bool(const
Glib::ustring&, const Glib::ustring&): assertion 'state' failed

You'll find the srt file attached but it doesn't seem to be due to this
one in particular.

Thanks.
