Public bug reported:

The wallpapers in this package are in /usr/share/wallpapers when
installed, but they are not available to pick in the background menu.
This may have to do with how the config files from this package are
installed.  The wallpapers may also need to be put in their own folder,
like /usr/share/wallpapers/ugr
