I might be wrong but I was under the impression that
ubuntu-mono[-dark] and humanity[-dark] icons are based from elementary
icons and are done by the same people.
If you see any errors / mistakes please report them on launchpad, so
far the art team was really quick at fixing artwork bugs for me.
