I was reading the Networking specification
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking ), and I saw a little mistake (I
think) about ipv6 :
The list of methods described for Wi-FI is :
method:
* dhcp
* manual
o address
o netmask
o gateway
* off
It's the same list than IPV4, but IPV6 have more automatic
configurations options (with dhcp (statefull mode I think it's called)
and without DHCP (stateless mode I think it's called)).
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think IPV6 needs something like that :
* Automatic
o Via DHCP
o Without DHCP
* manual
o address
o netmask
o gateway
* off
Or
* automatic
* dhcp
* manual
o address
o netmask
o gateway
* off
That's all!!!
