It's been working well on those lists for quite a while now, so I'm
glad to see the same pattern applied here.

Would you mind spelling out the necessary qualifications of a
moderator in a bit more detail? The page on ubuntu-devel moderation
[1] does a good job of explaining the duties, but not so much on how
moderators are chosen.
