USC 1.0 and later use the X-AppInstall-Keywords: field for this. It's
not a great name, and I think only about two packages have the keywords
so far, so maybe it could be renamed to just X-Keywords: or similar.

That's cool!

For a couple of years now, I have wished for a feature in Launchpad
where people can see what the current metadata is for a package (and
whatever .desktop files are inside it), and fill in fields to suggest
better metadata: title, description, keywords, icon (if you're an
artist), primary category and subcategory (as shown in USC), secondary
category and subcategory, and other debtags.

Then a package maintainer can come along and say "I like that
suggestion, and that one, and that one", click a button, and Launchpad
changes that metadata in the source package ready for the next rebuild.
