I just pushed a small fix to the devo branch on launchpad which might
cure the entire folder yanking problem.  Can't be sure, because as I
said this code is naive.  Anyway, please give it a try.

hi, when I reply to the message below, my entire inbox is quoted in the reply.
 that's over 15Mb.  this seems to happen consistently in different emacs
sessions.  I don't see anything wrong with this message, but perhaps you will...
 cvs emacs 23.1.50, using the latest trunk.  thanks...  E
