PS Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate that you work on this, but what
you've does not converge, as fas as I see, to the merge of the
interfaces of ScGeom and Dem3DofGeom as we planned originally.
(Dem3DofGeom cannot precompute shearIncrement, for instance).

For that, it is necessary to start reasoning in total shear strain
(precomputed in by summing increment or otherwise) + have one plasticity
interface for use in Law2 via virtual functions that will be specific
for each formulation.
