Hi, Jerome!
I think it is normally to deactivate inactive accounts. Some projects
do it regularly, even having "restricted by time" membership, when you
need to re-apply for membership (sure, we do not need it)
.
If somebody keeps his membership just to read mailing list - no
problem, he will stay in the group. That is why I listed users in the
previous mail.
I just wanted to restrict access to the creating branches, making
commits etc. to escape empty unremovable branches, possible breakable
commits.
If the most of members are against of this politic - no problem, I
will not deactivate users.
But do we really need false statistic?
