Re: Updates from my side

Ok, thanks for these answers. For the main proposal, I liked this long citation with a lot of names because it was an efficient way to acknowledge the (various) implication of almost all of us in Yade. Though it was not perfect, because I just noticed that Jan, for ex, is not in the authors list... (More precisely, it depends if we consider the "Yade reference documentation", or "Yade Documentation, 1st edn. The Yade Project (2010)".... )

So I do not know what is the best way to transform our time spent on Yade for other people's work in reward (which is exactly the point with these metrics things, I guess)..

Finally, from my point of view, you may go on whatever you decide...

For my last question, I meant : how were chosen these 7 (8, now) papers ? What does it say about a paper when it's listed here, or not ? I am asking this question about all other Yade related articles (listed e.g. in yade-articles.bib) that do not appear on this scholar account webpage.

Absolutely. And generating a new pdf snapshot like [1], constant in time
(which no human ever read most probably, but robots do). Tuning the
front pages of all 3 chapters and the metadata, and updating the "citing
yade" page.

Some journals have no to loose control of the total papers length, some
are very restrictive and you will not be even allowed to put the title
of the cited paper (author et al., journal name, vol(no), year).
PRE, PRL are good examples.

First page of [1].

Scholar account gathering papers on yade. The editorial board is the
task force doing the editorial job.
It created this scholar account. Practicaly: me. ;)

Good news: I just checked and google finally disambiguated the user
manual. There is now one more item in the account ("using and programming").
Wait 10 more years and ISI WOS will be able to do the same... for the
moment it's all messed up on their side.

Could you rephrase the question?

B
