Re: Periodic triaxial

So if not using the algorithm bys Cundall or Thornton, which is
actually your reference?
It was somewhat evlutionary. What exactly would you like to know?
Cell.trsf is transformation matrix (from perpendicular cuboid of refSize
size) and Cell.velGrad is the rate of T (Bruno insisted for some reason
on "velocity gradient").
"Evolutionary" is an interesting word! :)
Yes, I insist on defining the rate of loading, which is more important that the final state for materials like ours, whose behaviour is rate dependant and path dependant. And in fact the rate of loading is what you'll find in Thornton and Cundall when defining the relative velocity across periods, it is my best bet before reading the papers. There are high probabilties that we are heading toward the same algorithm as them, which is probably the same as in molecular dynamics litterature (modulo notations, sign conventions, namings, etc.), since we all have the same maths.

I think that pretty much defines the thing,
keeping NewtonIntegrator.homotheticCellResize aside.

I have some documentation in my thesis, but not much. It should be
improved in sphinx in the future.
