I think more tests have to be done as I only had a look at the contact time and contact restitution coefficient. The test you suggest in the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/yade/+bug/1360371 is good I think, but :
- what do you mean exactly by "inertial force" ?
- in your script L62, why don't you use the real sphere mass, and "1" instead ?
