If the stress you're referring to is your 
meanS=(triax.stress(triax.wall_right_id)[0]+triax.stress(triax.wall_top_id)[1]+triax.stress(triax.wall_front_id)[2])/3
or
triax.meanStress

a non zero value necessary implies forces on surrounding walls, hence
wall-packing interactions.

You can check it with eg
O.interactions.withBody(triax.wall_right_id)
