can you start yade alone?
Under what circumstances the error occures?

What does "earlier" mean? Did you do any changes to the program or
system?

> undefined symbol: _ZTVN4yade11Gl1_CpmPhysE

These errors comes from wrongly linked executable after compilation,
meaning that the program requires Gl1_CpmPhys, but it does not know what
it is (it was compiled, but not linked correctly).
