Installing Grizzly on Ubuntu 12.04 and using the Cloud Archive, when
accessing the horizon I get an Internal Server Error caused by using
"from django.utils.translation import force_unicode" in /usr/share
/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/dashboards/admin/users/forms.py
