  ml2 l2-pop update fdb after live-migration

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  when using ml2 and l2-population is enabled, fdb of virtual switches
  has to be updated, especially, the fdb entry to the previous host has
  to be deleted.
