  VMware parse_uri method should check for the scheme of the uri
  provided

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Need to add a check in parse_uri(...) [1] to make sure that a URI with
  the vsphere scheme is provided. Throw a BadStoreUri otherwise.
