The Encrypted column displays maybe when "encrypted" value is None.

This is confusing, is it encrypted or not?  We should be just displaying
"-" instead.

  The Encrypted column displays maybe when "encrypted" value is None.

  This is confusing, is it encrypted or not?  We should be just
