[Bug 1356035] [NEW] cannot launch volumes backup details after deleting volumes corresponding volume.

 

Public bug reported:

1. Login to Devstack as admin user.
2. Create a back up "test1_bak" from a volume "test1".
3. Delete the volume "test1" from Volumes page.
4. Go to Volume backups and try to click on Volume Backup "test1_bak" to see the details. Notice the error. PFA the screenshot.
