On OSX and Ubuntu 12.04 using version 0.14.1 when i specify OS_AUTH_URL
it does not get used and instead glance is trying to resolve to
localhost... this doesn't work.

Also -v and -d don't seem to do anything.

env settings:
OS_AUTH_URL=http://my-api-endpoint:5000/v2.0
OS_TENANT_ID=redacted
OS_TENANT_NAME=redacted
OS_USERNAME=jaybocc2
OS_PASSWORD=redacted
