After running glance-manage db_sync I saw the following entry in the log
messages. I am not sure if this is intended. I have not configured Swift
as a storage adapter. But I think that should not change the database
schema?

[-] 'metadata_encryption_key' was not specified in the config file or a
config file was not specified. This means that this migration is a NOOP.
