After configuration Glance using the latest Juno RC packages I got the
following issue when trying to upload an image:

2014-10-10 12:26:13.015 12703 ERROR oslo.messaging._drivers.impl_rabbit

closed the connection. Check login credentials: Socket closed

According to the documentation the notification driver should be 'noop'
by default (https://github.com/openstack/glance/blob/master/etc/glance-
api.conf#L237-L239). But it looks like this parameter has no more
function in Juno and that only the rpc_backend parameter is relevant and
that messaging is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
