Public bug reported:

Flavor ID changes from numeric format to UUID4 format after doing some
changes into flavor.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Login to Horizon as admin.

2) Navigate to Admin->System->Flavors.

3) See list of Flavors.
Note that every Flavor has column with numerical  property "ID".

4) Click "Edit Flavor" button for any Flavor.

5) Do some change, for example in field Name of flavor.  Then click
"Save".

Actual: value in field ID changed to UUID4 format.  See screenshot.

Expected: Flavor ID not intended to be changed.

Fuel "build_id": "2014-12-26_14-25-46","release": "6.0"

Browsers:
Chrome: Version 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 14.04
Firefox: 35.0 on Ubuntu 14.04
