When you trying to create image in Admin menu Horizon does not detects
image type automatically (such as in Project->Images)

Steps:
1.  Login to Horizon
2.  Go to Admin->Images
3.  Click "Create Image"
4.  Specify "Name"
5.  Specify "Image Location" [http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/utopic/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/mini.iso]

Expected result: Horizon detect image type correctly.

Actual result:  Horizon does not detect image type, we need to specify
it manually.

MOS  release: "6.0"

Browsers:
Chrome: Version 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 14.04
Firefox: 35.0 on Ubuntu 14.04
